		Glitter & Razz Productions produces theater-based creative experiences for the Modern Family: - School Break Camps and Afterschool Classes - Birthday Parties - Toddler/Parent Classes - Family and Adult Programs - Glitter & Razz Professional Development Workshops School Break Camps and Afterschool Classes At Glitter & Razz, we partner with families and other folks who care about kids to co-create a world where we are all free to be our true and best selves within vibrant, peaceful, creative & caring communities. Our camps and classes use the magic and power of theater to help kids ages 4-10 manifest this world. We offer classes throughout the school year, Spring, Winter, and Summer breaks. Check out WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW! Birthday Parties Glitter & Razz Birthday Parties are unlike any other theatrical birthday party because we make the kids themselves the stars of the show. Our expert theater artists lead young guests through a process of creating, rehearsing, and performing an original play in celebration of your special birthday star! Glitter & Razz offer 2 types of Birthday Parties: Birthday Parties at our Dramatic Play Space on College Avenue in the heart of Oakland's Rockridge neighborhood - All you have to do is show up with your cake and your kid and we do all the work! These parties include set-up, clean-up, snacks and drinks as well as an expertly facilitated dramatic experience. Parties last 2 hours and available on Saturdays from 10am-12pm or 2-4pm and Sundays from 2-4pm. The price is $400 for up to 20 young guests. Additional fees may apply for more than 20 guests. At Home Parties - Glitter & Razz artists come to your house or party space with a "theater-in-a-bag" full of make-up, costumes, and props. The experience lasts about an hour. Prices are as follows: - For 10 guests or fewer - $200 - For 11-20 guests - $300 - For 21-35 guests - $500 - Additional fees may apply for travel to parties 35 miles or more from the Oakland area To book a Glitter & Razz Birthday Party, call us at 510.654.7166 or email with the number of expected guests, age of birthday girl/boy, primary age of guests, and location, date, and time of the party. Please indicate if your date/time is flexible. Toddler/Parent Classes Our Lil Bit o' Drama workshops are "pre-Pre-School" experiences where children ages 18 months - 3 years can have a safe, hands-on creative play space to explore dramatic play, creative movement and visual art using a variety of materials. Sessions are led by Glitter & Razz co-owner Allison Kenny, a renowned specialist in creative play in early childhood and are designed to help prepare your child socially and emotionally for entering pre-school. They include free play, story time, facilitated drama and music activities, and a healthy snack. Workshop sessions are held Tues and Thurs mornings from 10am - 12pm and cost $20 for each adult/child pair. $5 for each additional child. You can also buy a 5-workshop pass for $100. Interested? And that means giving all members of the modern family a place to learn and play.
